If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

·      This Policy applies only to Products purchased directly from www.zeejays.ca

·      Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order

·      Products must be returned in their original packaging (opened or unopened), with around 80-90% amount is still left.

·      Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Refund:

1.    Contact our customer service team at info@zeejays.ca with your order details and reason for return.

2.    We’ll guide you through the simple return process.

3.    Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes:

·      Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

·      If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right, at no extra cost to you.
