Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Within Canada
Zeejays Canada Inc. currently ships Canada-wide.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Ontario: 1–3 business days
- Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada: 3–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website and applied at checkout when applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Zeejays Canada Inc. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking link for updates.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- If further assistance is needed, email us at info@zeejays.ca and we will help investigate the issue.
Zeejays Canada Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zeejays.ca
with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review and work with you toward a resolution.
